Pathways for coaching are currently being developed within the Snow Sports NZ framework.
All coaching in New Zealand complies with the NZ Coaching Strategy and is intergarted with the snow sports coaching courses offered in NZ.
This coaching framework is inclusive and ALL coaches will undergo disability awareness training - a coach orientated workshop that enhances current knowledge and promotes the inclusion of athletes with a disability. currently through Halberg Trust more details >
