About Ant
A member of the NZ Disabled Ski Team, Ant started skiing as soon as he could walk but lost my right arm after a car crashed into him when he was playing cricket on the road. His love for skiing and the snow did not end there. Inspired by the achievements of past team members Rachael Battersby, Steve Bayley and Matt Butson he excelled using adaptive techniques and is usually to be found enjoying the slopes in Queenstown and Wanaka. He has recently graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelors of Science (Zoology) and Bachelors of Tourism. Ant is currently having a season off racing before returning to prepare for Vancouver 2010.
